This is not spam! I assure you! It's a worthless post, but not spam! |
But the 1950s/1960s UK sitcom "The Larkins" is on DVD in the UK. I say this as I think some of the people on this board might wanna watch it. It's a kinda "american"-style sitcom compared to the likes of "Hancock's Half Hour" and "The Strange World of Gurney Slade", though the fact it's British does make itself known at times.
Mind you, I am such a fool that I've probably posted this before. I have a good memory for trivia ("Party Line" fragment from 1947 is oldest recording of TV game show), but a terrible memory when it comes to things I've done myself.
I'd also like to note that I've finished my uploads of game shows for a while. However, I plan to re-upload some of my early uploads (from the "Robin_1990" days), since some of them had watermarks and I now have non-watermarked copies.
I'd also like to note that earlier today I found out that Cab Calloway appeared on TV in 1949 ("Gulf Road Show"). I was surprised to say the least. Any chance of anyone on here having the episode? Or any other episode for that matter.
